•Flip fish kept in walk in cooler to continue thawing
•Make coleslaw
•Make wet batter for all cases of fish broken on Sunday
•Fill & cap tartar sauce

5:00pm Every Thursday
Make the planned number of pans of Mac & Cheese: Leo Smith Ph. 989-213-4434
•In am, Package bread
•Make up mac-n-cheese, cover & refrigerate

6:00am Every Friday to Close
Get Ready for Fish Fry: Joann Smith Ph. 810-625-8859
•Mix up all cases of cabbage in the cooler with dressing
•Cook all the prepared pans of Macaroni & Cheese
•Fill cups with mixed coleslaw
•Set up hot bars, fill & heat fryers, set up cash register, set up & stock workstations
•Everything else to make & serve all the meals
• Clean up & shut down per procedure at the end, including empty out & clean fryers

Sportsman Banquet Prep (Week after Easter Sunday)

Monday 5PM to evening: Table setup, clean floors & rugs, clean up hot & cold bar for year, general cleaning
Tuesday 5PM to evening: Pull roasters out and check them for functionality, finish any cleanupneeded, clear out the curtain area, and get equipment put into the pole barn.
Wednesday 5PM to evening: Start cooking up the wild game; prepare food for cooking Thursday.
Thursday 5PM to evening: Finish cooking wild game and prepare for baking Friday.
Friday 9AM to evening: Bake desserts, finish preparing & cooking any remaining game
Saturday 7AM to close of banquet: Bake, cook, last-minute setup, bake some more, cook some more, host banquet & clean up.

Annual club cleanup: After the dust has settled from Fish Fry season and the sportsman banquet, and before hall rental season begins, we gather to deep clean the club for our members to enjoy.
